For Insurers we offer a prompt service, with assessment requests receiving high priority attention.
As soon as a referral is received by us it is directed to one of our experienced Registered Nurses who will then schedule a visit with the client to assess their individual care needs. This visit can be arranged in either the client's home or hospital.
Case Managers then develop a plan of care and initiate services such as wound management, personal care assistance, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and rehabilitation.
Based on the needs identified the supply of equipment and aids are then recommended and remain subject to your approval.
Our approach is thorough and concise and our feedback is specific and well structured in reply. This will enable time frames for care to be established and managed cost effectively. Our primary goal is a timely and realistic program to enable the client to return to their potential with minimal delay.
