Although we specialise in Aged Care, we provide services to individuals of all ages in need of nursing or personal care to allow them to stay in the comfort of their own homes and maintain an optimum level of independence and quality of life.
Kinder Caring Case Managers are senior Registered Nurses and the single point of contact for you and your family. They will guide you through the various care options that are available, and talk with you about the best way forward in your specific situation.

You do not need a doctor's referral to obtain our services and support.
Referrals from Medical Practitioner or Hospital Discharge are attended to immediately. Once a referral form from the Medical Practitioner or Hospital Discharge Planner has been completed, a Registered Nurse from our service will visit the client in their home and assess their care needs.
Kinder Caring Case Manager's develop a plan of care and initiate services such as wound management, personal care assistance, palliative care, diabetes management, etc, and organise any relevant extra allied health services such as Occupational Therapy, Podiatry, Physiotherapy or Diabetes Education. The supply of equipment and aids that are required are then organised.
